I oversee and guide the animation team, set the goals, schedule while ensuring that all projects are delivered on time. I help establish the animation style, write documentations and set the quality bar. I inspire and drive the artistic vision of in-game character animation, cinematic character performance, cinematic mise-en-scène, and camera. I act as a bridge between the animation and the creative teams to ensure the animators have a clear grasp on what needs to be accomplished, and to identify dependencies that could affect the schedule.
